# 32 cream ale, d-town.Harry bought ingredients.3 gal 1 pt 171 water in room temp mash tun Add grain. 158 start temp mash for 60 min end temp 158 strike with 5.75 gal 150 degree water collect approx 7 gal wort 1.014 preboil gravity at 147 degrees, 1.029 preboil gravity. add .3 oz cluster hops 7.0 AA at 45 min. add .7 oz sazz hops 2.8 AA at 10 min. cool wort to 72 and pitch yeast.
