Soak 4lbs of coconut in 1.75L Captain Morgan Rum for one week, shaking every day
2.
1st stage fermentation: 1 week @ 65F

Boil rum coconut, let cool
4.
Lower temperature to 60F for 5 days
5.
Cold Crash to 45F for 5 days before bottling/kegging
6.
Pitch 1lb Peet's Baridi Blend medium roast coffee and coconut 3 days before kegging
