219 is the area code for NW Indiana. California may have created the American IPA, but NW Indiana perfected it. The hop additions at 10/5/0 use 0.33 of each kind of hop, not 0.25. Note - the Amarillo and the Simcoe are DRY HOPPED. It says "secondary" not boil; 0 min is what I put there.
