My First All Grain brew. Lost track of time (5 min ?) due to inadvertent stoppage of clock time. Goal mash temp was 157 - after 60 min temp in mash's middle was 154 and 153 at the sides. Mashed out at 60 min, adding 1.3 gallons of water. First runnings were 1.5 gals, then sparged with 3 gal @156FSecond runnings was 2.5 gals, then sparked again with 3 gals.
