Produced 5.5 gallons @ 1.064. Fermented for 4 weeks, then racked to glass carboy and added forest fruit mixture in a nylon bag to age for several weeks at 60-65F before bottling. Final (corrected refractometer) gravity: 1.010 (7.3% abv). Bottled with 100 g sucrose.
