My son and I wanted to use all ingredients accumulating in brew shop. Followed Imperial IPA style without any regard to type grain or hops.

Transferred to secondary 21Apr. SG 1.020. Added hops.....realized at this time, I forgot to add the dry hops in the primary. So I added them to the secondary and added a couple more leftovers.... (.2 oz Centennial 8.7% & .05 oz Cascade 8.9%) Tastes great right now. We will see how it turns out. I may add more hops as I go to a tertiary.

Rack #3 28 Apr. SG 1.018. Added more hops (leftover from a Firestone Walker Union Jack IPA clone.... .4 oz Liberty and .5 oz cascade. Tasting very good.
