Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains in 2 gal. Water for 30 min at 150 to 160 degrees
2.
Add extracts and cascade hops boil for 60 minutes
3.
Add tettnang for the last 6 minutes of the boil
4.
Add Irish moss for the last ten minutes
5.
Bring volume to 5 gallons with cold water
6.
Cool to 70 degrees
7.
Transfer to fermenter and pitch yeast.
