2.Heat to 93c for 15 mins
3.Chill to 35c
4.Add Lactic Acid to achieve 4.7 ph
5.Pitch 8 pills of Swanson Laco Platarum
6.Once 3.3 ph achieved boil for 60 mins
7.Chill to 30c and rack to fermentor
8.After 3 days, add Pureed Raspberry and Sour Cherries
