Brew in bag method: Added grains to 4 gallons of water. After the boil let the grain drain from bag. Then poured 2 gallons of water in the mesh bag to drain again. End up with roughly 4 gallons. Initial gravity: 1.040. Final gravity was 1.010. Around 4.5ABV. Primed bottles with 45g sugar dissolved in 500ml water.
