6.After Boil add 4 gallons of cold water to fermentor then pour the wort into the fermentor (add additional water if the fermentor volume is not at 6 gallons)
7.Cool wort down to <80 degrees
8.Cover Fermentor, add air loc, and store for 2 weeks
