Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep specialty grains in 2.5 gallons of water for 20 minutes
2.
Remove from heat and stir in DME
3.
Return to heat and bring to boil
4.
At beginning of Boil add Bittering hops
5.
At 45 Minutes add flavor hops, Cracked Corriander, and Orange Peel
6.
After Boil add 4 gallons of cold water to fermentor then pour the wort into the fermentor (add additional water if the fermentor volume is not at 6 gallons)
7.
Cool wort down to <80 degrees
8.
Cover Fermentor, add air loc, and store for 2 weeks
