Special Instructions
1.Activate yeast pack
2.Heat 3 gallons of water to 161 F
3.Add 7lbs of crushed grain to mash - temp should drop to 150 F
4.Mash for 1hr @ 150 F
5.Remove grain from kettle and rinse until run clear
6.Bring wort to boil and add 3# of extract as the wort heats up
7.Once boiling add 2 oz of saaz
8.Boil for 60 mins
9.Turn off burner and add 1oz of saaz
10.Using wort chiller - lower temp of wort to 50 F
