Special Instructions

Mash In

Remove grains
3.
Boil 60min
4.
Hop addition at 80ºC whirlpool (flame out) for 20 min.

Cool to 20ºC, into fermenting bucket. Take SG.
6.
Add yeast and aerate for 1 min.
7.
Dry hop after 2 days fermenting. Dry hop for 3 days.
8.
Remove hops and ferment for another 3 days. Take FG.
9.
Bottle or keg
