Special Instructions

1.
Add .75 tsp Gypsum to mash water
2.
Ferment at 21-24C
3.
Dry Hop - 3 days into fermentation add the 2oz of Citra and Mosaic
4.
Dry Hop 2 - 7 days into fermentation add 1 oz of Citra and Mosaic to the fermenter.
5.
Move to a bottling bucket 10-14 days into fermentation, bottle as normal.
