5/31/2019 Moved to warmer spot on house to rise temp for Diacetyl Rest.6/5/2019 Sample Taken Gravity = 1.012 Temp = 70 deg F6/6/2019 Racked to secondary gravity = 1.012 Temp = 72 deg F. Lagering begins lager fridge set at 38 degrees F. Expect to bottle on 6/19.6/19/2019 bottled in 500 ml swing top bottles 1/2 tsp cane sugar for priming per bottle.
