Chill to 65° pitch yeast & oxygenate. Hold for 24hrs.

Slowly raise temp to 80° over 24-30 hours
3.
Primary fermentation 5-7 days; Dry hop when activity slows for 2 days.

Take hops out & let fermentation finish for about a week; then cold crash
