Used filtered tap water 1/8 camden tablet to remove chlorineSteeped grains from ~ 110F to 160FRehydrated with tap water --- not sanitized.Some water spilled in during cool downCooled down to 60 F using two iced bottles ice from freezer one bag of ice.Slightly sweet with a fresh hop aromaTopped off with 2 gallons of 40 F bottled Drinking WaterPitch @ 56 FFerment at 51 FSlow fermentation started at 36 hours.Increased fermentation temperature to 73 after 84 hours.
