Special Instructions

1.
Heat 10 gallons of strike water to 167 F.
2.
Follow mash steps.
3.
After boiling wort, chill the 5.5 gallons of wort to 64 F, give 60 seconds of pure oxygen
4.
Pitch the entire starter. Leave at 64 F to ferment.
5.
Move to 59 F ambient after 8 hours (onset of CO2 production)
6.
Move next to a radiator, to heat it up and ensure complete fermentation for two days
7.
Add coffee means in a mesh/weighted bag after 7 days of fermentation and let sit for a few days.
8.
Drink and enjoy.
