Sliced Asian pears to boil (6-8), good belly probiotic mango juice post boil, let it sit at ~95F for 24-36 hrs. After you have reached your target PH (3.2-3.5) brew on like you normally would. 60 minute boil. cool transfer to carboy add your yeast and ferment for 10-14 days.
