Special Instructions

1.
Boil. 5 min. and add 0.5 oz Chinook.
2.
Boil. 70 min. and add Irish Moss.
3.
Insert inmersion chiller.
4.
Boil 15 min. and add 1.25 oz Willamette.
5.
Turn off heat and add 1.5 oz Willamette.
6.
Chill ti 70 degrees F an remove chiller.
7.
Whirpool and let settle.
8.
Drain to fermenter, aerate and pitch yeast.
9.
Let ferment for 5-6 days at 55-58 degrees.
10.
Transfer to secondary for 4 days at 45 degrees.
11.
Rack to keg or bottling bucket with 3/4 cup corn sugar.
