Special Instructions

1.
Heat water to 168F - it should drop to 158F after you add grain (in my system)
2.
Heat 10 Gallon of water to 170F and sparge until you get a pre boil volume of 12.5 gallon
3.
After 60min boil, cool wort down to 165F and add the 8oz of hops and wurlpool for 15min then continue to cool down wort to pitch temp
4.
Once final gravity is reached dry hop for 3 days with 4oz of hops and 1oz of lemon peel
5.
My OG is usually 1.037 - FG usually 1.005 - 4.2% ABV

Notes:

great summertime beer - easy drinking - crushable slight lemon taste and smell, serve with lemon wedge to add to the vibe this beer gives off.
