Special Instructions

Boil 2.5 gallons water
2.
Add DME and LME, and first wort hops
3.
Return to boil, boil for 15 minutes
4.
Add second hop addition, boil for 15 minutes
5.
Add Belgium Candi sugar, boil for 30 minutes
6.
Add third hop addition, boil for 30 minutes
7.
Cool down
8.
Add 2 gallons of cold water to your fermentation bucket
9.
Transfer wort to fermentation bucket
10.
Fill to 5 gallon mark with cold water
11.
Aerate
12.
Add yeast, let ferment for 2 weeks
13.
Transfer to secondary at 2 weeks
14.
At four weeks, add dry hops
15.
Soak oak cubes in bourbon, add 1 week before bottling
