3g of yeast hydrated, then given a little wort for about 3 hours before pitching.

Pitched at about 63 F. Left at about 65 F. By next morning, no kraussen, but airlock stays floated, indicating some fermentation is under way. Later that night a kraussen had formed

Night of 5/7? Moved into cooler with water at around 63 degrees. Eventually overflowed airlock regardless.

Bottled 5/27 @ 78 degrees with 36 grams of corn sugar targeting ~3.4 Vol of co2

FG-Refractometer ~1.024-1.025...readjusted the attenuation to reflect this
