Notes:

Not bad, getting closer. Pale golden, a little lighter than I had hoped. Head retention isn't great. Aroma is very nice: peppery and grassy hops and clove. Low esters, light pineapple and a tiny bit of orange. Flavor is mild, grainy, corn tortilla like maltiness, more herbal hops and clove like phenols. Bitterness is enough to balance the malt and leave a crisp finish without lingering. Highly carbonated, light body and a quenching finish. Drinkable but I swear I still get a whiff of burnt rubber now and again and it does have that artificial sweetner type flavor Le Monstre had. Changes for next saison: Darker in color, slightly more maltiness, slightly lower carbonation, much better head retention, same hop flavor and aroma, same bitterness, get rid of the burnt rubber and Splenda flavor, and balance the phenols with higher esters. Maybe slightly more body.
