Water - Used 5 gal Cartwright Springs, 1 gal Samantha Springs and 4 gm baking soda. Alkalinity was ~110. Observed that some of the Rye grain remained un-crushed, tried to crush with rolling pin as best as possible. BIAB mash temp. was 155deg after 70 min in an insulated kettle.
