BIAB. Mashed in 3 gallons at 152 for 60 minutes. Dunk sparged in 1.25 gallons at 170 for 10 minutes. Did not squeeze bag. OG was much lower than Target at 1.042. I think I should have done 6# total grain for 1.052 OG....will try that next time. Pure O2 for 36 seconds. I did not pitch the while packet of yeast as it said it was for 20 liters and I only have about 11 liters. Fermented at 65 degrees.Just discovered I had pilsner malt as extract and not mash.
