Most of the flavor in this one is coming from the candi syrup with just tiny amounts of other grains adding complexity on top of a pils base. This yeast strain doesn't get as dry as a lot of other Belgian ones (and it also doesn't gradually break down dextrins), but it's a classic and I look forward to not having it infect my bottles.
