Started fermentation at 3:30 pm after aerating wort for several minutes and adding yeast. Fermentation started within 6 hours at a noticeable rate. April 26, Fermentation is rapidly intensifying. Might need a blow-off tube. May 2, Still fermenting. I will dry hop this weekend.Dry hopped on May 4th. Kegged on May 10th. 4.85g
