Special Instructions

1.
1.5 qts water per lb of grain raised to 105 F, hold for 20 minutes

add .5 qt water per lb of original grain and raise to 122 for 20 minutes
3.
raise to 142 F and hold for 20 minutes, add water if needed
4.
sparge with 1.75 gal 170 F water

measure OG

add water to get to 6.5 gal and bring wort to boil

at first boil, add sorghum extract

when first boil returns add full boil hops

at 15 min remaining add .25 oz Centennial

at 10 min remaining add .25 oz Centennial

at 0 min (flame outremaining add .25 oz Centennial
17.
cool to 72

measure OG

add to primary fermenting vessel, pitch yeast and seal away

Notes:

Cloudy wheat like, without the wheat. Very white head, great carbonation, very tiny bubbles Clean with earthy overtones Crisp, champagne like, roasted ?? clean, very hoppy and dry Probably a keeper, will probably no grind the grain as much.
