All Grain American Pale Ale homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: Golden Promise - UK, Pale 2-Row - UK, Torrified Wheat, Aromatic (BE), Hallertauer Aroma Hops, Bravo Hops, Azacca Hops, Mosaic Hops, Galaxy Hops, Idaho 7 Hops, El Dorado Hops, Wyeast London Ale III 1318 Homebrew Yeast.
First proper NEIPA attempt. Came out looking and tasting like a glass of tropical/orange juice. Maybe slightly overdid the chloride addition as after a whole glass it was almost a bit 'salty'. Tasted of orange, mango, passionfruit and saturated the palate with hop oils. Slight sweetness, maybe slightly too thick body. Cloudy but cleared eventually but only when the dry hops faded.
