Protein rest for 30 minutes at 122°F , mash at 152°F for 60 mins

1oz coriander seed (cracked) - 10 min of boil

.5oz sweet orange zest into fermentor after 3-5days (optional)

1.5oz zest (1oz orange, .5oz lemon) in boil - at flameout -reduce to 170 and steep for 20 mins
