All-Grain1. Heat strike water to 169 deg F (3.13 gal)2. Dump water into mash tun and mix in the crushed grain-Make sure to mix well-Mash should stabilize around 155 deg*Record overall temp of the mash (**152 deg)-Wrap tun in blankets3.
