    200 ML Absolute Vodka for Extract recipe. Timeline - 7(+More is better) days for vanilla beans and then add the cacao nibs for an additional 4 days.

    3.5 oz coarsely ground coffee beans in 3.5 cups water steeped for 24 hours in fridge

    Then strained through muslin bags and then measure 1/2 oz of coffee to one pint of the filtered beer to determine amount to be added to secondary

    Added a total of 16 oz's cold brew to 6 gallons of home brew

    Cocoa Nib stout -

    -Add cocoa nibs to vodka and mix in secondary after fermentation
    -Add cold brew coffee to secondary
    -add vanilla bean to vodka and mix in secondary rack on top of
    -add peanut butter extract to secondary and rack on top then age

    Organic Colombia whole bean coffee medium roast Safeway organics brand

    Cacao nibs - added on 27th

    Corn sugar- 2.06 ozs sugar to 8.8 ozs boiled
