Special Instructions

1.
BIAB in electric kettle, mill grains to flour and recirculate mash water
2.
Pressure ferment in keg at 7PSI untill 85% complete, increase pressure to 20PSI
3.
Ferment at 68F for 2 weeks, ramp to 72F for 2 weeks
4.
Cold crash at 34F on yeast for 3 months
5.
Age for a minimum of 1 year after pressure transfer to secondary keg
