add salt and crushed coriander at 10minutes left in boil

add acidulated malt after other grains have had 60 min saccharification for another 30 mins at 150F

add 4 oz Apricot concentrate at high krausen

Notes:

Very tasty, Surprisingly good. Very quaffable. Not a true "sour", but hints at it. Might try this again in the Summer as a fast sour using real bacteria. Apricot comes thorough nicely. Offset by the salt. Delicious. Brew it, you'll like it.
