Special Instructions

1.
Heat 4.6 to 5 Gallons to 165 then mash in. keep at 153-149
2.
Check every 25 min adjust heat & PH to 5.2
3.
2nd pot 3.5 to 4 gallons. Heat to 175. Sparge Rinse for 25 min
4.
Combine 2 pots & begin boil.

Notes:

It came out really nice. Slightly hoppy with notes of chocolate & coffee. Color was more brown than red. I'll adjust this next time.
