Special Instructions

1.
Added 12 ml of lactic acid to ~7.9 gal of water. Brought water to 160F and added grains.
2.
Mashed at 154°F for an hour. Mashed out at ~166°F for 10 minutes.
3.
Removed grain and brought to a boil.
4.
Ferment at 65F for a week, transferred to secondary at basement temp (~65F).
