I love a sweet and malty beer when I have a couple of hours to kill away from my hectic schedule. This a nice session beer that goes well with pizza, cheese and crackers or a plate of nachos. For a smooth rounded mouth feel use DME for carbonation (give it plenty of time to develop around 2.2 volumes).
