Super simple light beer. Use Muntons Hopped Light Malt for the liquid malt (remove the hops from this recipe also) and you can bring the boil down to 15 minutes. Do not boil Hopped Malts, add them at flameout, the whole thing (steeping, boiling, pitching) can happen in an hour.

Special Instructions

1.
Gelatin makes this beer as clear as any lager
2.
If brewing with a can of Muntons Hopped Light then omit the East Kent Goldings hops, make the boil only 15 minutes and don't boil the can of Muntons. Add it at flameout to dissolve and then cool immediately to pitch.
