Special Instructions

Heat 2L water to 180°F

Stir in honey (preheating honey container helps)

Add (refrigerated) remaining water to bring temperature down to ~85°F
4.
Take sample for hydrometer
5.
Add yeast and 1/2 tsp yeast energizer
6.
NOTE - It took 7L of water to get the final volume of 8.5L
