Saturday evening brew. mashed in Sat. afternoon. 1.093 1st 2.75 collected; 2nd 1.034 4 gals; 1.022 6.2, 1.013 last. use new pack US05 Sat evening. Fermentation started right away Sunday morning. left in garage at cool upper 50's temps through Thurs. Took inside to finish near 70's avg. temp. added 4.4 oz table sugar to keg at packaging time. purged air with co2 and left at room temps to carbonate naturally.
