Special Instructions

1.
Add lactose 5 min before end of boil
2.
Steep FO hops for 10 minutes before cooling
3.
Add first dry hop addition at high krausen for biotransformation
4.
Add frozen mango chunks for 1 week before bottling or kegging
5.
Soak vanilla bean in vodka for 1 day then add to secondary for 7 days prior to bottling or kegging

Notes:

Holy balls this beer came out nice. Next version might up the mango to 5# or perhaps upping the vanilla bean to two... probably will go with the mango incease. Really nice head retention on this. Thick, creamy head. Could possibly drop the acid malt too.
