Grain temp should have been 152F; came in high at 161F.Didn't get enough wort to capture OGSpilled half a teaspoon of yeastAirlock blew over nigh on 11/10. Replaced on 11/11 with hose in a jar if waterusing 5.6oz of priming sugar prior to bottling
