Notes:

Peach flavor was light, and not overpowering. A couple changes were made to the recipe. 1) I added a 2 oz mosaic dry hop at day 7 and 2) I changed from 1 lb of crystal 60 to 1 lb of crystal 40 for a slightly lighter color.
