Notes:

Pours 2 fingers of foam in a golden to orange color. Aroma is pineapple forward with light notes of hop resin and lighter notes of bready yeast. Flavor is pineapple and orange juice, a light amount of resin flavor, and then this sort of candy sweet funkiness that is a sort of green bell pepper flavor; there's a grapefruit breath to it. Body is medium to heavy and pretty soft carbonation. This is a great hazy beer that I would really enjoy drinking in a bar. That being said, I wish it were more hop resin forward. 4 stars.

Notes:

Copied from the brew sessions page - Pours 1.5 fingers of foam in a golden yellow. Aroma is a resinous mango. Flavor is peach, grapefruit, and a green pepper mixture along with some savory spice - almost like a curry - followed by some grainy malt flavor, ending with some mild resin hop bitterness. Body is medium and nucleation is sharp. Overall, this is a great beer, quite complex on the flavor profile with good technical merit. I want to give this 5 stars but it's missing that little something, maybe hop resin flavor. 4 stars.
