Tasting Notes (1)

Tasted on 3/7/2019 by arios134

Notes:

Ferment up to 10 days at steady 68F. Chill and kegged. Forced carved 30 PSI. Left outside to chill over two days at about 17F, I think some ice started to form. tapped 3/7/19. Over carbed. Sweet smell on nose and sweet taste with low malt taste. Low abv than expected.
