Us-05 pärmiga õnnestus, rukist võiks lõppmaitses rohkem välja tulla. Veel teha, katamelli vähemaks võtta. Bry-97 läks rikki, kääritamise temp liiga õrge.

Tulemus paistab suurepärane. Hetkel nädala alles laagerdunud. Dry hoppi hoidsin 4 päeva. Humala lõhn on mega, võiks pisut ibu mõrudust rohkem olla. Õllevaht üsna püsiv.
