Special Instructions

Added 1 Campten Tablet to 2.5 gals water heated to 164. Added grains to maintain 150ish temp for 50 minutes. Checked PH at 30 Mins added 1.5 teaspoons of Sodium Bicarbonate to get PH around 5.2

Steeped grain bag for 50 minutes and pulled out to drain. As bringing temp up to boil added 3.3 lbs Munich LME

Poured into sanitized bottling bucket 1.90..added 3 gallons of purified drinking water to get to 5 gallons and hit 1.053 OG. Stirred vigoursly to aerate and pitched Saflager 189
