yeast - 8/29/18 Orig clone called for .25 sweet peel....I will bump up to .4 or .5 to go along with other Wits. Leave bitter peel at .06 Reduce IBU a bit next time!!!

Notes:

nice aroma and flavor. might be a tad strong on coriander. also a bit dry...try to make sweeter next time. head is not lasting...not sure if c02 issue or not as it is only 12 psi.
