Special Instructions

1.
Bring 5.75 Gallons to 166
2.
Mash in grain then add 5 15oz cans to top of grain bed and stir in top of mash
3.
Hold at 154 for 1 hour
4.
Fly sparge with 5 gallons of 180 degree water
5.
Bring to boil for 1 hour
6.
At boil add 1 oz Willamette
7.
At last 15 minutes add 1 oz Czech Saaz and 1 Whirfloc tab
8.
At last 10 minutes add Irish Moss and Yeast Nutrient
9.
At last 5 minutes add All the spices
10.
At the last 2 minutes add 2 pounds of Honey
11.
Cool wort, aerate, pitch 2 yeast (1 US-05)
12.
Primary ferment 10 Days
13.
Secondary ferment with 2 split vanilla beans for 10 days
14.
Bottle with corn sugar
