Special Instructions

Once fermented dry, add potassium sorbate

Two days after adding potassium sorbate, back sweeten to 1.025 fg

let settle, then move from fermentation bucket to 3 gallon carboy until bottling in 375ml bottles

Expect near 100% attenuation with yeast

Use Lalvin D-47 yeast with yeast starter

Be sure to add yeast nutrient

Should end about 14% abv. OG 1.105, FG .998

Save trub from IPA to use boil as yeast nutrient

Oxygenate must with aquarium air pump

Boil 7g of bakers yeast and 2g of DAP in 1 cup of water, add after pitching yeast

Yeast Starter, 1/2 liter of water. 1/4 cup DME. 1g bakers yeast.
